Is that zucchini? What kind of cheese? How toasted is the bread, is it soft on the interior side? What else is in there? Curious minds need to know.

Hells yes it’s zucchini!  :)  With American and pepper jack cheese, cucumber, squash, tomato & herbed mayo on wheat bread.  The bread is toasted on the outside but perfect on the inside (soft but not mushy).  :)

Holy OMG. Zucchini *and* Cucumber. That is so awesomely genius. Herbed Mayo. And Jack cheese, which we do not get in the homeland, but I can agree is super.

And I do know how hard it is to get that toasted on the outside perfect on the inside thing.
